Rental Conditions :


Weekly rentals


From Saturday 2:00pm to Saturday 9:00am


The rental rate includes utilities (water, electricity, firewood)

A deposit of 30% is requested at time of the reservation and the balance is due upon arrival. The total payment will be cashed once you occupy the premises.

A crib and a high chair are available upon request.

Optional:

  • Cleaning: Euros 50
  • Linen (Bed sheets, towels, dishtowels) Euros 20/bed



It is requested that the tenants, at time of their departure, leave the premises clean and as they found them.

Weekend rentals:2 nights (either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday)

The weekend rentals are not confirmed very long in advance. Thank you for contacting us in that regard..
